Excellent service from start to finish. Part Exchanged my car for a new one and can't fault the team at cars of conwy for anything, my new car was immaculate put 12 months mot and was such a good price, also got to test drive the car before purchase. I didn't get the name of one man who I think was the owner/manager but he was so helpful and done everything for me including taxing the car and sending off logbook and even waiting for me to collect the car when I finished work :) Would highly recommend cars of conwy to everyone and I will defiantly be purchasing cars from there when I need too in the future. Very satisfied

Customer service is excellent here, bought a low priced car and it was found to have a gearbox stay worn, although not an mot matter they changed it at their own cost, then found another that was a bit worn, they also changed that with no charge, polished the headlights after i asked how much to have them done, for no charge. Changed the ownership on line, set up the road tax all while i was there. You would have thought i spent a fortune on a car from them.

I can't speak highly enough about Gary and his team at Cars of Conwy!

After being left with a car that was a month out of warranty that needed a new engine (from a blown head gasket) his team reassured me not to worry that Gary would not leave me on my own in this. And they were right!

He took on the sourcing of a new engine and fitting it at no profit to himself and in the meantime gave me use of a car so I could get to work. The car is running lovely now .

It is clear that he wants the best for his customers as my car was out of warrantee and he owed me nothing. Yet from the morning my car was dumped on his yard by a recovery van he has not stopped until it was back up and running again, and what a headache it has caused him!

That morning I had dealt with two recovery drivers who were abrupt and unsympathetic and Tony's team were the first people who seemed to genuinely care about the situation I was in!

I have urged my family and colleagues to only buy cars from him in future!!!
